This leading law firm based centrally in Dublin 2 are seeking to hire an experiencedEvents and Communications Executiveto join a friendly, fast paced and exciting team, over a12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced inevent coordinationandexcellent b2b communications experienceto join a organisation renowned for excellence in client services. Key Responsibilities: Lead on Event Communications, enhancing the firm's profile through client-facing and internal events. Independently support the delivery of business events, sponsorship activation, and hospitality. Prepare event materials including delegate lists, name badges, and packs. Support budgeting, briefs for external agencies, and brand compliance. Utilise digital communications, social media, and PR to deliver impactful marketing event campaigns. Maintain client attendance data and manage event budget planning. Act as a brand champion, ensuring compliance with the organisation's brand and visual identity guidelines. Key Skills and Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years Event Executive experiencein professional services or a modern B2B marketing environment. **Corporate events expertise**with a track record of drawing on all relevant marketing channels. **Project management skills**with an emphasis on delivering projects on time and within budget. **Digital communications and social media proficiency**to promote events and enhance registration processes. **Effective communication skills**with a flair for creativity, attention to detail, and accuracy. **Flexibility**to work out of hours and weekends as required. **Excellent IT skills**including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
