You bring to the table a combination of technical expertise, and exceptional coding and testing practices for online applications.Requirements:Solid foundation of C#, application architecture and object-oriented designSolid foundation of .NET 4.5 and the Microsoft technology platformGood understanding of ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web Forms developmentGood understanding of SQL Server and the Entity FrameworkGood understanding of Oracle SQL ServerSolid foundation of semantic HTML and CSSSolid foundation of .NET Web services (ASP.NET Web Services, WCF)What you bring:Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and/or a minimum of 5 years programming experience in a directly related field.Bonus:Experience with client communication, such as requirements gathering, and technical consultingExperience with identifying and solving performance problems in web applicationsKnowledge and advocate of best practices (standard naming conventions, architecture)Experience with the best practices/standards of the Canadian GovernmentExperience with other programming languages (PHP, Obj-C, etc.)Experience with Azure, AWS, or Rackspace Cloud
