Senior Executive, Sales Planning & Production

Inchcape supports a hybrid work model, allowing for two days of remote work based on operational needs and in alignment with the respective department manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with various multifunctional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accessories, and Distribution. Your efforts will ensure alignment in demand forecasts, which will inform inventory and production plans as well as financial strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain demand forecasting plans based on promotions, new launches, competitive activities, macro market trends, customers’ delivery plans and inventory levels. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust process is in place to facilitate the development of 18-month forecasts by brand and model variant. Analyze demand patterns and trends to identify opportunities and optimize inventory levels. Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations. Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders to manage supply lead times, order quantities and delivery schedules. Analyze and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in demand & supply planning processes and systems. Job Requirements University Degree and ideally possess at least 3 years' experience in demand and supply planning. Strong analytical skills and sound judgement to drive for excellence. Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Adaptable to undertake new projects or new brands portfolio. Excellent written and verbal communications skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
