The Yoga House is a dynamic and creative startup based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to bring together the Yoga Community in Saudi Arabia by providing a welcoming space for yoga teachers, creators, and artists. In addition to our physical studio and community center in Riyadh, we also offer consulting services to public institutions and private companies, helping them incorporate Yoga, Wellness, and Mindfulness in their employees' experience and client offerings through wellness events, fitness activations, and workshops. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Studio Experience Specialist. As a Studio Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our members and visitors, in studio and online. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the front desk, assisting with class schedules and bookings, supporting the Managers with Marketing Activities, handling customer care by providing information about our services, and creating an outstanding experience to have an inviting studio environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute new ideas for enhancing the overall studio experience and operations. Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge and passion for yoga and wellness
  • Experience in a similar role or in the fitness industry is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
  • Familiar with Social Media and iOS
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
