Job Responsibilities

  1. To secure new business for all CBD services including, but not limited to, provision of a corporate partner.
  2. Company formation (onshore, offshore freezone and financial zone), (re) structuring, licensing, PRO/ visa processing and compliance.
  3. To self-generate leads for service lines across the Middle East that CBD operates in, with a particular focus on developing new business in KSA.
  4. To develop a Business Development plan for the markets that we serve (UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman) and present to the Senior leadership.
  5. Executes the tactics as set out in the Business Development plan.
  6. Lead a bi-weekly business development meeting updating the leadership on the deliverables.
  7. Proposes business development solutions to increase the exposure of CBD to our target audience.
  8. Brainstorming new ideas to penetrate our target audiences.
  9. Achieves the new business revenue as set out in the business target across the Middle East.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners such as law firms, audit firms, business councils, and private equity firms.
  11. Seeks out new business revenue opportunities directly from the end user/ potential clients that have existing entities in the Middle East.
  12. Manages and oversees the CRM ensuring the sales and BD data is up to date and accurate at all times.
  13. Work closely with colleagues to develop presentations to target audiences ensuring they demonstrate our USP's and differentiators.
  14. Maintains and manages a robust pipeline of work.
  15. Track sales performance and report to the leadership team on a monthly basis.
  16. Attend events to seek out new business development opportunities.
  17. Works in accordance with the CBD Values.
  18. To reflect the CBD brand in all correspondence and meetings with clients and partners.
