What You’ll Be Doing: As the driving force behind our creative strategy, your role will be to elevate our brand and grow our market presence through dynamic, high-converting content and ads. You’ll: - Develop creative, engaging scripts and ad concepts in collaboration with our video editor, specifically for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. - Conduct competitor analysis to identify winning creative strategies and adapt them to fit Berado’s unique brand. - Source, contact, and collaborate with creators and influencers to generate high-quality content that resonates with our audience. - Manage and grow our social media presence organically across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for an EXPERIENCED Creative Strategist who has successfully scaled paid advertising for e-commerce brands. If you have experience working with companies that scaled from $1M to $10M+, this role is for you! Specifically, you should have: - 2+ years of experience with a large e-commerce brand. - Expertise in direct response marketing. - Strong copywriting skills. - (Bonus) Experience creating Video Sales Letters (VSLs). We’re looking for someone to scale our paid advertising and organic strategies. Do this successfully, and you can step into a Head of Content role or even lead our Performance Marketing across all European stores. Compensation & Perks: - Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm GMT+8). - $1,500/month starting salary + bonuses. - 3 vacation and 3 sick leaves after the first 6 months. - 13th-month pay and cash equivalent for unused leaves after 6 months.
