Consultant or Specialist Family Medicine

We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant or Specialist in Family Medicine to join our team at SearchPlus HR. As a Family Medicine Consultant or Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and specialized healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions commonly encountered in family medicine. In addition, you will be expected to provide preventive care, health education, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be an integral part of delivering integrated and patient-centered care. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in individuals and families
Develop personalized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations
Provide preventive care, health education, and promote healthy lifestyles
Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicine
Requirements:
Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist in Family Medicine
Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Continuous commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and practices

OCD consultants provide consulting services to deliver diverse consulting interventions and coordinate the different activities to generate the business initiatives and achieve the defined objectives.<br />

As a consultant under the management consulting division, you will be a thought partner, identifying white space opportunities, performing in-depth analysis and supporting the different business units to solve some of the most complex challenges in the industry and shape the future of the Company.<br />

As a successful candidate, you will perform the following:</p>

	<li>Work closely with all levels of clients, individual contributors, and subject matter experts to build and sustain relationships</li>
	<li>Report on project progress to business partners, steering committees and OCD management</li>
	<li>Support internal knowledge development, with training to Jr. personnel and creating frameworks and materials to be leveraged in future OCD engagements</li>
	<li>Execute end to end consulting assignments, including client need identification, scope definition, project day to day and deliverables management</li>
	<li>Mergers, acquisitions, and divestments requiring management consulting support.</li>
	<li>General management consulting for diverse business functions to develop and optimize key business or operations processes.</li>
	<li>Introduction of new management systems and work methods.</li>
	<li>Coordinate cross-functional management consulting teams to assess, recommend, and deliver optimal business and technical solutions leading to impactful business outcomes.</li>
	<li>Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process re-engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.</li>
	<li>Prepare and/or assess integrated scopes of work that could involve multiple consulting needs for either internal OCD consultants or external consulting firms.</li>
	<li>Develop integrated plans to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones and deliverables.</li>

We are seeking a Global Energy Supply Specialist to join the Global Analysis Department (GAD) and work in the Global Outlook Group within Strategy & Market (SMA) organization.<br />

The core function of the SMA organization is to advise the company&#39;s management and guide other departments within the company on energy markets and outlooks, macroeconomic outlook, Energy pricing, international energy policies and regulations, and economic evaluations as well as assist in business planning and strategy formulation.<br />

The Global Energy Supply Specialist will provide Corporate Management as well as other organizations within the company with global Energy supply outlooks in the short, medium and long terms using a bottom up approach, and forecast the call on Saudi Aramco crude Energy production. The specialist will also monitor current and future regulations to identify possible impacts on the Company&#39;s Energy business as well as be capable of running sophisticated models (in-house) for forecasting.<br />

The core functions of OCD are to provide organization design, strategy, and general management consulting services throughout the Company while ensuring alignment of consulting solutions with overall business strategy and corporate objectives, policies, and plans.<br />

	<li>Demonstrated ability to use strategy, organization design, and/or process improvement management consulting methodologies, approaches, or tools.</li>
	<li>Proven delivery experience in organizational design and/or management consulting roles. Previous experience in a large consultancy (strategy or organization design practices) is a significant plus. New hires are expected to draw on their knowledge and expertise to provide immediate value.</li>

	<li>Demonstrated ability to use strategy, organization design, and/or process improvement management consulting methodologies, approaches, or tools.</li>
	<li>Proven delivery experience in organizational design and/or management consulting roles. Previous experience in a large consultancy (strategy or organization design practices) is a significant plus. New hires are expected to draw on their knowledge and expertise to provide immediate value.</li>
	<li>Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly-matrixed, sophisticated structure; Oil and Gas experience a plus.</li>

Renewables Department is seeking a renewables development specialist to lead the planning and development of new renewables business ventures and investments. The role includes leading and supporting mergers & acquisitions, JV development and 3rd Party transactions for Renewable projects for Saudi Aramco. The candidate should be independently capable of conducting job activities with minimal direction and supervision.<br />
The candidate will work within the Renewable Investments Division, focusing on identifying opportunities for Saudi Aramco facilities and affiliates, expansion of renewable business, achieve revenue targets as set by management, upfront business case development, high level feasibility studies, identifies strategic alignment and coordinates with technical teams for detailed site-specific engineering analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial scales for different facilities.<br />

	<li>Achieve revenue targets set by the Management</li>
	<li>Support strategy development and long-term plans to deploy renewable applications</li>

	<li>Lead due diligence for M&A transactions related to renewable projects</li>

	<li>Assess technology stage-gate practices and related activities across the Company, in order to maintain high-standards and compliance with the Corporate Technology Development General Instructions.</li>
	<li>Partner with R&D staff and stakeholders in technology, business and supporting functions, in order to ensure alignment across all areas and to support a smooth transition and adoption of the enhanced technology management processes.</li>
	<li>Provide expert guidance to project teams and technology/executive management on related activities, including business case development, IP and commercial strategy, supply chain development, deployment plans, business models, value realization and related techno-economics.</li>

	<li>You must possess subject matter expertise, business acumen and effective change management skills.</li>
	<li>You will be able to demonstrate experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems, such as Planisware, Accolade, Clarity and similar software applications.</li>
	<li>A proven track record of successfully working with multi-cultural, cross-functional teams, and developing productive working relationships.</li>
	<li>Experience with Operation Excellence (OE) process development, implementation, including continuous improvement is also required.</li>

Renewables Department is seeking a renewables development specialist to lead the planning and development of new renewables business ventures and investments. The role includes leading and supporting mergers & acquisitions, JV development and 3rd Party transactions for Renewable projects for Saudi Aramco. The candidate should be independently capable of conducting job activities with minimal direction and supervision.<br />
The candidate will work within the Renewable Investments Division, focusing on identifying opportunities for Saudi Aramco facilities and affiliates, expansion of renewable business, achieve revenue targets as set by management, upfront business case development, high level feasibility studies, identifies strategic alignment and coordinates with technical teams for detailed site-specific engineering analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial scales for different facilities.</p>

We are seeking a Global Refinery Linear Programming (LP) and Modelling Specialist to join the Global Analysis Department, within Strategy & Market Analysis.<br />

The Global Analysis department serves as the corporate think tank on global issues, including several functions such as scenario planning, short and long-term outlook, and third-party benchmarking. The department looks at factors affecting market conditions as well as provides forecasts on global product prices. The department develops scenarios and market insights to support executive management decision-making.<br />

The LP and modelling specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, improving, maintaining and using LPs and other models to help set monthly crude oil selling price (OSPs) and LPG Contract Price (CPs) as well as to forecast the short term and long term evolution of the refinery system, product supply, product pricing, and crude pricing. The person will be part of the Oil Pricing Team but also work with the Global Outlook team as refinery models are spread between the two.<br />

We are seeking an Investment Analysis Specialist to join our Decision Support & Risk Management Department within the Strategy & Market Analysis organization.<br />
<br />
The Decision Support & Risk Management Department is responsible to evaluate the economic attractiveness of investment opportunities, risks associated to the projects and impact on the portfolio of investments of the Company. Scope of duties will cover Upstream, Downstream, Power, Renewables and new business segments as applicable.<br />
<br />
The Investment Analysis Specialist is a key advisor to Corporate management as well as other organizations within the company on economic evaluations related to the capital program and business development opportunities across the Company.<br />
<br />
<b>Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
<b>As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</b></p>

	<li>Evaluates the economics of complex project proposals, including joint ventures and/or acquisitions.</li>
	<li>Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to Saudi Aramco capital investment decisions.</li>
	<li>Provides expert judgment, by way of thorough analysis, on questions from management on project investment issues.</li>
	<li>Regularly interacts with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.</li>
	<li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with consultancies, industry experts, and best-in-class companies, keeping abreast of oil downstream market developments which could impact the company&#39;s competitive performance.</li>
	<li>Assists in the training, coaching and mentorship of junior staff.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management or closely related discipline; advanced degree is highly desirable.</li>
	<li>Minimum 9 years relevant, progressive experience in Oil & Energy, chemicals, distribution and marketing, power, renewables or mining industry; including at least 5 years experience in a planning function related to the energy business.</li>
	<li>Deep understanding of the economic and business factors related to the energy industry with proven success applying that knowledge in the evaluation of business opportunities.</li>
	<li>Solid understanding of project economics necessary to conduct insightful economic analysis of capital investments across the scope of Saudi Aramco business segments.</li>
	<li>In-depth understanding of various modeling techniques and methodologies related to economic analysis and planning.</li>
	<li>Proven ability to effectively communicate what are frequently complex technical and commercial concepts in a clear and succinct manner to individuals and groups from diverse professional backgrounds.</li>
	<li>Capable of recognizing and reconciling conflicting views and interests across large, complex organizations.</li>
</ul>
