Senior Designer
Job details
The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs across a wide range of media. They’ll bring fresh ideas to every project, whether it’s a complete rebrand, digital campaign, or print collateral. This role is ideal for a candidate who is excited to lead creatively and eventually shape the future direction of the Cluster Marketing Department as Creative Director.
Core Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Execution
- Brand Development: Develop brand identities from the ground up, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Digital Media: Design assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Print Media: Work on print collateral, including brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Campaign Concepting: Collaborate with the creative team on concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Creative Asset Creation: Produce design assets such as animations, interactive elements, and prototypes.
Creative Direction & Leadership
- Strategic Vision: Set and refine the creative direction for projects.
- Team Development: Mentor junior designers, fostering growth.
- Quality Control: Establish quality benchmarks for all outputs.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on industry trends.
Client & Project Management
- Client Presentations: Lead client presentations to showcase designs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing.
- Feedback Integration: Manage client feedback and revisions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a design role, with 3+ years leading projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, digital, and print work.
- Mentorship and Team Building experience.
- Skilled in Creative Strategy alignment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Proficient with Web & UI Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
