- BE Civil with postgraduate degree in Contract Management.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contract management, with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Should have worked on residential and commercial projects along with township projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in drafting and enforcing contract terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of construction materials and service contracts within the real estate industry.
- Ability to lead and mentor team.
- Analytical mindset and ability to balance multiple project requirements simultaneously.
