Work in 2024 will primarily involve a mix of remote and hybrid arrangements within the Kingdom, open to both Saudi nationals and expatriates. Job Summary: We are in search of a dedicated and driven Account Manager to join our team. As an account Manager, you will work closely with our account managers to support building strong client relationships and driving business growth opportunities in the new market. Job Description:- Support Corporate Sales Account Managers in nurturing and expanding corporate client accounts within the Gulf market market.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint potential corporate clients and gain insights into their recruitment requirements and preferences.
- Assist in crafting sales proposals and presentations tailored to corporate clients' needs.
- Engage with internal departments, like recruitment, to ensure exceptional service delivery that exceeds client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry shifts and competitors' activities to uncover fresh business prospects.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients, providing tailored insights and solutions to meet their hiring demands.
- Contribute to refining sales strategies and processes to drive business growth.
- Actively participate in events, external meetings, and conferences to generate leads and extend the client network.
Job Requirements
- GCC market experience is a MUST
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English language,
- Presentable
- Strong interest in sales, and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
