Role Overview:As an Analytics Manager - People & Culture Team at CARS24, you will drive the transformation of HR data into strategic workforce decisions. This role involves end-to-end ownership of analyzing trends, developing dashboards for key HR metrics, and delivering actionable insights to optimize recruitment, retention, and employee engagement processes. You will collaborate with the HR Leader in providing data backed insights, making presentations and dashboards to enhance the overall team's performance. You will serve as a liaison between TA, L&OD and HRBP teams for reporting and analysis of relevant metrics and KPIs.What will you drive?We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to transform HR data into actionable insights that drive workforce decisions and optimise HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR analytics and expertise in delivering impactful solutions.Analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making in recruitment, retention, employee engagement and performance management.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics like turnover, engagement, employee satisfaction, learning and development, workforce planning, hiring, headcount efficiency etc.Ensure data accuracy by integrating, cleaning and collating data from various HR systems.Collaborate with HR leader to provide insights, solutions and action planning aligned with organisational goals.Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.What are we looking for:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics, HR, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of experience in HR analytics with tools like MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on HRMS driving key HR metrics alongside the stakeholdersExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Exceptionally good with numbers and taking out data insights.
