National Sales Manager(NSM) - Food Testing Services (Candidate having prior experience in TIC Industry will be preferred)Key responsibilities that involve managing sales operations, building relationships, and ensuring the company's services meet market demands. Primary responsibilities:Sales Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet their individual and collective targets.Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including food manufacturers, processors, and regulatory bodies.Address and resolve client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.Sales Performance MonitoringTrack and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and market penetration.Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Market ExpansionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for food testing services.Develop and implement strategies to enter and grow in new geographic regions within India.Product and Service KnowledgeStay updated on the latest developments in food testing technologies, standards, and regulations.Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the company's services and can effectively communicate their benefits to clients.Budget and ForecastingManage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against these targets.Collaboration with Other DepartmentsWork closely with the operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall company goals.Coordinate with the testing protocol development team to provide feedback on client needs and industry trends.Compliance and RegulationsEnsure all sales practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and standards affecting the food testing industry.Customer Feedback and ImprovementCollect and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.Implement changes and improvements based on client feedback and market demands.QualificationMaster's degree in marketing15 yrs of relevant experienceIf interested, please share updated resume on nilesh.kadam@geochem.net.in Or for any more information call on 9870476784 AGG
