Position Title: Ecommerce CoordinatorDepartment: Sales & Operations Location: Sector-63, GurugramEmployment Type: Full-Time Salary(per month): 20k-25kAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing orders, optimizing sales on various e-commerce platforms, and building strong relationships with national and international clients. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a passion for seeking new opportunities and driving business growth.# Key Responsibilities1. Order Management:   - Manage and process customer orders from various channels.   - Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders with proper coordination with logistics teams. 2. Sales Coordination:   - Handle incoming queries and convert leads into sales opportunities.   - Build and maintain relationships with national and international clients and customers.   - Assist in developing sales strategies to meet company goals. 3. E-commerce Platform Management:   - Oversee operations on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.   - Monitor stock levels, product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales. 4. Client Relationship Management:   - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.   - Work to expand the client base both nationally and internationally. 5. Opportunity Seeking:   - Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth.   - Research and explore new markets, partnerships, and sales channels. 6.
