In our pursuit of streamlining collaboration, we've introduced the ESG Platform, which unites various sustainability-oriented competencies, encompassing Strategy and Reporting, Deals and Governance.ResponsibilitiesWe are exploring to hire Deputy Manager & Manager for 'Sustainability Strategy & DX Transformation' practice, with core specialization in :· Sound understanding of greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting (scopes 1, 2, and 3), decarbonization technologies, circular business models, and carbon markets (optional).· Practical experience in working and delivering greenhouse gas (GHG) reductions.· A sound technical background in decarbonization/net zero strategies in manufacturing sector.· Relationships within the sustainability ecosystem.· Ambition and drive to become a leader in this field.Mandatory Skill SetsNet-Zero, ESG, Sustainability reporting, GHG accounting, Consulting backgroundPreferred Skill Sets· Good analytical and problem-solving skills· Good communication skills & executive presence· Team building & people skills· May support our Business Development team as required on tech side· Client ManagementYears Of Experience RequiredExperience: 2-5yearsEducation QualificationB.tech + MBA (Optional)Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering (Mnadatory)Required SkillsEnvironmental Social And Governance (ESG), Greenhouse Gas Accounting, Net Zero, Sustainability ReportingOptional SkillsAnalytical Thinking, Business Development, Client Management, Communication, Executive Presence, Problem Solving, Sales AGG
