We are a part of Give, India's largest philanthropic platform.Find out more about us at give.do/givegrantsAbout the roleThe CSR Services team is the primary owner of all client relationships (companies / corporate foundations / philanthropic foundations) and is responsible for overall client delight. Our service offerings include strategy and program design, partner identification, KPI mapping, on-ground monitoring and evaluation, and overall impact portfolio management. We also support clients in effectively using our CSR management tech platform.This role will require you to manage a portfolio of client engagements, ensure high quality delivery, and manage a team of associates. Developing deep, trusted client relationships and being their problem-solver will be critical in this role.This role demands a strong understanding and appreciation of the CSR/ impact ecosystem and applicable standards/ laws, along with high comfort with data analysis and tech tools and products.Key responsibilitiesOwn engagement delivery Ensure high quality, well researched, data backed delivery of insights and inputs to the clients and lead the key stakeholders and executive presentations.Coordination with NGO partners and client stakeholders for timely delivery of services / deliverables. Drive collaboration across teams - internal and external.Keep up with the updates in the CSR ecosystem and social development space to ably guide the clientsContribute to ongoing development of thought leadership content through creation of reports, articles, podcasts etc. Develop content for future clients, current clients as well as for internal knowledge sharing sessionsUnderstand the client's vision and co-develop the impact roadmap. Support clients to design / restructure programs in line with business intent which deliver real, measurable, sustainable impact.Manage scope, time and resources effectively to ensure reasonable delivery marginsAccount managementOwn the client relationship and experience across all workstreamsDrive revenue growth (renewals and expansions), and delivery margins for the portfolio.Contribute to pre-sales efforts by supporting the development of high quality collateral and compelling proposals.Team Management Manage a team of up to 3 associates to deliver the scope of work and beyond to the clientsIdentify training needs for the team and handhold them for professional developmentRequirementsWe at Give believe in learning through doing. An academic background in sociology / social work / economics / development studies / other allied streams will be a positive but is not essential.Minimum 7 years' experience in management consulting, CSR / impact consulting, business strategy, project management rolesDomain knowledge of CSR rules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India along with areas of national priority such as skilling, women empowerment, MCH, climate change would be a strong positive, but is not essentialStrong relationship building skills with the ability to engage with senior executivesStrong analytical skills, excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, backed by strong verbal and written communication along with keen attention to detailTechnical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities including high proficiency in excel / google sheets and powerpoint / google slidesSA genuine interest in the social impact space, with a strong commitment to ethical practices, and advancing positive social outcomes.A bias toward action, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver on tight deadlinesAbout GiveGive exists to alleviate poverty by enabling the world to give.
