As a Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring the success of your team.Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our client base across IT, BFSI, healthcare, and additional sectors. The ideal candidate is an experienced business developer passionate about creating value through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients in IT, BFSI, healthcare, and other industries to generate new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR and hiring managers.Understand client needs and customize recruitment solutions to meet their talent acquisition goals.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and client acquisition metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within recruitment or a related industry.Strong understanding of IT, BFSI, healthcare, and related sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
