Purpose: The jobholder is responsible for creating training and a learning focused sales organisation by establishing and managing trainings for the sales force across all channels. He/ she will be responsible for formulation and implementation of the training strategy of the Company and will ensure a highly trained sales force through the sustenance of superior knowledge and skill training benchmarks.Job Role1) Managing & tracking the induction processContent Creation for training for all Sales channelsInduction Assessment.Audit of process2) Trainer DevelopmentRegular train the trainer session with trainers on products, process and new launchesReal time query resolution of trainers on product & process by connecting them with relevant departmentsTrainer KPI conceptualization and creation in consultation with training leads of respective channelTrainer KPI data creation and publishing on monthly basisBehavior skill training content creation3) Product related contentProduct Presentation with sales pitchCo-ordinating with trainers to have a successful product launch across all branches through digital medium.4) Training Strategy & MISCreating training strategy for Rookie on skill certification.Training KPI for trainers in consultation with all stakeholdersTrainer KPI scoresheet calculation and publishingTraining roadmap for BMs and aboveTraining to tele-callers for advisor welcome calling, script creation and process implementationSpecial JFM training intervention by creating customized content and conducting TTT with sales to make them business ready.Qualifications:Graduate / Post Graduate.Skills/ knowledge:Project management skillsAnalytical abilityCreativity and lateral thinkingCommunication skillsProblem handlingKnowledge of insurance concepts, basic pricing, product structures, banking and financial products, competitive environment, financial planning and banking and insurance customer behaviorUnderstanding of various training tools and techniques to be used in the programComplete understanding of sales processesExperience:7 - 10 years experience in sales in insurance/ banking/ financial services industry, with preferably one year in a national roleProven experience in designing, developing and delivery of training programs for insurance/ financial products AGG
