- You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on our international markets (Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France)
- You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
- Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool
- Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners
- Proactive and transparent communication to our customers
- You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework
- You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence
- Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business
Your Profile
- University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training
- Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
- Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations
- Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and minimum one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French - additional languages are a plus
- Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area
