Job details

  • Facilitating sales process by preparing quotations;
  • Processing Purchase Orders (PO) by issuing out Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices;
  • Generating reports and Statement of Account;
  • Monitor the storekeeper for packing & making delivery arrangement on time. Monitor accuracy of delivery item & shipping labels;
  • Inventory maintenance;
  • Filing and documentation
  • Perform all other duties, activities or responsibilities assigned from time to time.
  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1 year working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel. Familiar in Auto Count software is an added advantage.
  • 5 days working (Mon to Friday from 8.45 am to 5.45 pm).
  • Office located at Taman Samudra, Batu Caves.
