Job Description
- Provide and ensure the timely delivery of all necessary technical documents such as drawings, manuals, and instructions.
- Conduct and closely monitor the quantity surveying process for all completed work.
- Track and manage the documentation related to claims and variation orders.
- Ensure that all drawings, documentation, and records being utilized undergo thorough review and approval by the consultant.
- Guarantee the effective implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Prepare a comprehensive time schedule that compares the progress of executed work with the planned schedule.
- Follow up on invoice payments from the client and maintain a detailed log.
- Prepare monthly reports that present the status of completed work.
- Identify and implement necessary corrective actions in response to any detected deficiencies.
- Prepare and verify the accuracy of client invoices.
- Prepare and verify the accuracy of subcontractors' invoices.
- Review and closely monitor the progress of shop drawings.
- Review and track the project's time schedule and effectively control project costs.
- Review and monitor material requests, ensuring effective control of material takeoff for construction purposes.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience 5+ years in the same role in construction companies.
- Willing to relocate outside Cairo because work location will be in (North Coast )
