About Your Role We are seeking exceptional enterprise sales executives to join our growing business development team. The role can at times require national and international travel, as well as work outside of regular office hours, including weekends. Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities in target markets (mainly USA) for your Noa’s offerings.
- Generating leads through a combination of proactive calling, in-person visits, and networking at conferences, events, and trade shows.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts.
- Exploring and capitalising on new business verticals, initiating strategic partnerships.
- Developing and executing a solid sales strategy focused on mid-sized and enterprise clients.
- Managing the sales pipeline and tracking key performance indicators.
- Become a knowledgeable expert on our platform and product offerings.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales position within a SaaS or IoT environment.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently building a successful sales funnel and achieving high results in B2B sales over four years.
- Strong ability to connect with a wide array of customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent listening skills with the capacity to understand client needs and translate them into required product customizations.
- Proficiency in technical and complex sales.
- Passion for creating innovative prospecting strategies.
- Proven customer-centric approach to developing new business opportunities.
- Ability to set, meet, and surpass performance goals and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills across various channels.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written articulation (additional languages are an advantage).
- Interest in environmental conservation and protection.
- Display a high level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and sound judgement.
- Resilient and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
