Our client have recently been acquired by one of the largest insurance brokerages in the world. As a result, They are now looking to expand our Financial Services Team in line with our growth plans. We are therefore seeking to fill the newly created position of Employee Benefits Administrator. An Employee Benefits Administrator works with businesses by offering solutions to their employee benefits needs. An Employee Benefits Administrator analyses relevant information and presents realistic and meaningful recommendations based on their clients circumstances, needs and objectives. An Employee Benefits Administrator processes annual reviews of existing schemes Responsibilities Manage existing scheme renewals in a timely manner. Develop and service existing client relationships. Demonstrate and communicate market leading product knowledge in the areas of pensions, and protection. Dealing with new business queries and enquiries from existing customers Working closely with our Financial Consultants to provide a high level of service to new and existing clients. Preparation for Financial Consultant meetings e.g., quotations, compliance documents etc Research the market for products suitable to clients circumstances and needs Processing and overseeing new business applications for Group Risk & Group Pension schemes The ideal candidate will have: QFA qualification essential Minimum of 3 years experience as a benefits administrator, ideally in the broker market Excellent time management Ability to prioritise Excellent attention to detail Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels Positively engage with other team members, colleagues, insurers, and clients at all times Complete the appropriate annual CPD requirement and maintain Minimum Competency Code Skills: Group Pensions Group Risk QFA Pensions Administration APA Financial Services Benefits: Pension Death in Service Annual Leave Education Support
