You will also assist in building and executing outreach campaigns to expand our customer base. - Identify and compile a list of potential companies and customers through manual and online research.
- Understand our business model, industry, and target audience to find high-quality companies and leads.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and capture decision-makers within target organizations.
- Create detailed records, including contact information and professional details.
- Craft personalized and compelling outreach emails tailored to prospective customers when needed.
- Execute email campaigns and follow-ups using HubSpot and Smartlead.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align research with business goals.
- Provide insights on the potential market and recommend strategies to approach leads effectively.
- Utilize basic marketing knowledge to ensure communication is aligned with branding and target audience preferences.
- Assist in creating outreach strategies and materials as needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing , Business Administration , Communications , or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional platforms for research.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing principles and how to apply them effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Criteria: US-based companies investing ~$100K to build their data products; growth/innovation stage or emerging challengers (avoid Fortune 500 or tiny startups); limit to five companies per industry
- Primary Contacts: C-level executives (COO, CTO, CPO, CEO of the business unit)
- Secondary Contacts: SVP of Data
- Tertiary Contacts: Head of Data Strategy
- Collect two contact persons per company
- For Each Company: Company Name, Website URL, Industry/Category
- For Each Contact: Name, Title, LinkedIn URL (hyperlinked), Contact Email (if possible)
- Use LinkedIn, Crunchbase, G2, or other platforms to identify companies and decision-makers.
- Verify that the companies meet the stage and budget criteria.
- Create a well-structured Google Sheet with separate tabs for each industry.
- Ensure all data fields are filled accurately.
- A completed Google Sheet with ten companies (5 from each industry).
- Contact details for 20 decision-makers (2 per company).
- Brief notes explaining why each company fits the criteria.
- Use a professional tone and highlight emerging disruptors and innovative players.
- Focus on quality over quantity; research deeply to find well-suited companies.
- Don't simply rely on databases; ensure the companies and contacts you select make logical sense.
