Virtual Assistant

Staff Outsourcing Solutions is currently looking for:

Virtual Assistant (onsite assignment, graveyard shift)

Responsibilities:

• Posting YouTube videos and navigating the YouTube dashboard
• Posting podcasts to Libsyn
• Update blog posts and navigate basic WordPress functions
• Gathering photos from social media or the web
• Be able to enhance photos for clarity and optimization, then place in a YT Thumbnail template (which you’ll be given)
• Assist in mid-level marketing tasks as required
• Download and retrieve files from Dropbox

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years VA experience
• Familiarity with the YouTube dashboard including posting videos
• Experience with posting podcasts to Libsyn
• Proficient with WordPress functions, Adobe Photoshop or Pixelmator Pro (preferred), Dropbox & Google Docs
• Mid-level marketing background
• Being a music enthusiast is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Willingness to offer suggestions when you see room for improvement
