Job details

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans to align with operational needs and future growth projections.

  5. Identify areas for performance improvement and implement targeted strategies to enhance workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
  7. Ensure all workforce operations comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, as well as internal company policies.
  8. Maintain and enforce high standards of health and safety in the workplace, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  9. Implement corrective actions to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
  10. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on workforce performance, optimization efforts, and key insights.
  11. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives in workforce management.
  12. Establish strong working relationships with department managers to understand workforce needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  13. Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration between management and employees, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  14. Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with overall organizational goals.
  15. Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements in workforce management and optimization.
  16. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance workforce efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and technologies in workforce management and optimization techniques.
  18. Develop detailed and comprehensive scopes for manpower mandates, specifying the required skills, experience, qualifications, and job roles.
  19. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and HR, to understand specific manpower needs and requirements.
  20. Define clear criteria, expectations, and performance standards for third-party manpower suppliers.
  21. Identify, evaluate, and engage with reputable third-party companies to source skilled and experienced manpower.
