Job purpose:The incumbent will support the brand leadership team by aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive employee performance, engagement, and retention. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of right talent for Corporate, Sales & Salon positions.Key Responsibilities:HR Business Partnering: Partner with the brand leadership to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives, including employee engagement, performance management, and retention.Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for Corporate, Sales & Salon role including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Ensure a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience.Employee Development & Retention: Support employee training, career development, and performance management processes to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, managing employee relations and resolving conflicts where needed.HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as diversity programs, employee engagement activities, and workforce planning.Qualifications:Education: Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.Experience: 6+ years in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations in a retail / beauty & wellness industry.Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
