The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining profitable resident relationships. This individual contributor role is the critical link between the resident community and the team. A detailed list of responsibilities is given below:A. Relationship building:Building and maintaining relationships with the resident communityIdentify the needs of residents to ensure a pleasant lifestyle experienceDevelop and implement customer engagement strategiesEnsure prompt response to resident feedbackKeeps residents updated on the latest products/services to increase salesB. Data Management:Thorough data backup on all residents, including names and demographic break-upAttend condominium meetings and ensure to capture the minutesEnsure upkeep and maintenance of data, minutes/board resolutionsMaximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve resident relationships. C. Sales and Marketing:Along with the team, assist in curating eventsEnsure digital coverage of the eventsLiaise with the magazine (High5) team to ensure proper coverageBudget for event and engagement expensesRecommend to the team new initiatives to be undertakenAware of engagement strategies deployed by competitionD. Internal Customers: Work closely with teams from Club and Condominium, ensuring seamless information sharingBuild relationships with vendors, internet, gas, and medical facilitiesLiaise with CRMs of the other condominiums and maintain positive work relationshipsOther QualificationsGraduate in any stream12+ years of experience Pleasant personality, positive & humble demeanor, proactive, listening ability, good orator AGG
