Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading group of companies in KSA - NEOM PROJECT (The line).Position: Compliance ManagerLocation: Saudi ArabiaProject Name: NEOM PROJECT (The line)Key Accountability and Activities:This role ensures that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, including Waste Management, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ISO standards, and licensing. The Compliance Manager will develop and implement monitoring programs, conduct audits, and report on compliance performance to senior management. Responsible for assisting in the delivery of the NEOM Waste Management Strategy objectives by managing implementation and maintenance of the Compliance management strategy, policies, processes, standards, and systems.Sustain the Integrated Compliance and Monitoring System in line with the required industry standards, permitting requirements, and business requirements across the organisation through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the project management cycle. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle and operations.Parameters:Autonomous role across projects under the job holder's control.Visibility with internal and external stakeholders as well as shared service functions.Assisting in providing supervision and guidance to existing and new projects for internal and external stakeholders.Must remain aware at all times of your responsibilities for your own Health and Safety, for the Health and Safety of those directly responsible to you, your work colleagues, and any others who may be affected by the operations under your responsibility or control. You must always ensure that the correct PPE is worn. Please refer to the HSE Policy for further details on your specific responsibilities.Must adhere to all NEOM Policies & Procedures (including but not limited to) those specified in the Employment Handbook, HSE Policy, Incident reporting procedures, and any financial/accounting systems.Apart from the duties summarised in your Role Profile, the company reserves the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to, this type of work.Key Accountabilities:Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Integrated Management Systems (IMS).Manage all external registration, permitting and licensing requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to these specific requirements.Establish monitoring protocols, checklists, and procedures to ensure thorough and consistent evaluations.Identify key compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Implement all relevant procedures described in the Integrated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems (IMS).Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.Train others in all aspects of the Compliance, Monitoring and IMS system and application of procedures.Undertake regular internal and process audits of the IMS.Perform regular audits and inspections on all RWM Facilities, and generate reports on performance.Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found.Hold quarterly audit performance meetings within the RWM and NEOM teams.Manage the audit nonconformity database.Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities.Ensure ongoing compliance with the HESQ Management System ISO9001; ISO 14000; ISO 45000.Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.Produce written reports and make presentations.Undertake continuous training and development and promote a culture of continuous improvement in Compliance practices.Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation.Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any NEOM policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.Conduct quality assessments of processes and tasks in the department.Ensure that projects are undertaken in accordance with relevant Legislation and NEOM Standards.Provide professional technical advice to teams and the wider NEOM as necessary.
