Student Admin AssistantWork at the front desk of the Office of Academic Diversity Initiatives over the summer on campus. The Office of Academic Diversity Initiatives hosts and supports several programs over the summer for students. You will greet guests and visitors as they arrive and help direct them and answer any questions. Check email, answer phone calls, and assist with stocking and cleaning for events.
Purpose of the position
Greet guests in the OADI lounge, help with laptop loans, answer phones, and perform clerical tasks while providing excellent customer service to guests.Duties and responsibilities
Assist with basic administrative functions of an office.
Must have good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with various populations is necessary.

Pay Range:
$15.00 - $16.75
Pay Ranges:
The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined considering the following criteria:
Prior relevant work or industry experience.
Education level to the extent education is relevant to the position.
Academic Discipline (faculty pay ranges reflect 9-month annual salary).
