Job Description
Department/ Facility: Sales and Marketing
Functional Area: Dermatology/ Skin Care/ Medical Device/ Sales
Industry Type: Medical/ Hospital/ Healthcare
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview and select Dermatology and Medical Equipment trained Professionals.
Handle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination in the department.
Make regular field visits to develop and motivate Dermatology Skincare Professionals for attainment of sales objectives.
Assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; monitor and manage field reporting, including sample reporting (when applicable).
Communicate with Client & Dermatology Skincare Professionals on a regular and timely basis.
Assist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetings.
Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies.
Monitor compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets.
Monitor time-keeping and attendance.
Requirements:
Dermatology or skincare experience preferred.
Results-focused, proven track record of achieving sales targets or detailing.
Keen analytical sense and ability to understand financial concepts.
Excellent selling and presentation skills.
Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
Strong scientific technical/clinical aptitude and background.
Develop and build long-term business relationships with healthcare providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Associated Degrees
Job Period: Full Time
Language: Well spoken in English and Arabic.
