Our client, a leading energy company, is seeking a highly skilled HSE Incident Investigation and Learning Analyst. The successful candidate will execute corporate-level HSE Incident Investigation & Learning activities, ensuring all related requirements, systems, processes, performance measures, and improvement strategies are met. This role ensures alignment with the client's HSE policies, senior management expectations, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage HSE incident investigations and learning activities.

Develop and implement systems, processes, and performance measures for HSE incident investigations.

Ensure all HSE incident investigations align with corporate policies and strategic objectives.

Utilize leading HSE investigation best practices and tools (e.g., TRIPOD BETA, Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis, TAP ROOT).

Conduct thorough incident analyses and share learnings to prevent future occurrences.

Collaborate effectively across multicultural teams and departments.

Participate in business process improvement programs (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Analyze and manage systems data to improve HSE performance.

Prepare detailed and analytical reports on HSE incidents and investigations.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 5 years experience in general HSE management.

Knowledgeable in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries, or similar.

Awareness of Major Accident Hazard Management, Process Safety, Technical Safety, Loss Prevention, and HSE Risk Management systems and processes.

Professional international certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Professional (CSP)) is an advantage.

Knowledge of leading HSE investigation best practices and tools.

Experience in incident analysis, investigation, and sharing learning from incidents.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

General understanding of business process improvement programs.

High computer literacy and proficiency in systems data analysis and management.

Excellent analytical skills and report writing skills.

Excellent verbal and written command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Education:

BEng/BSc in Engineering, Science, or related discipline is required.

Post-graduate business qualification is an added advantage.
