**Job Summary**: The Assistant Factory Manager will assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment within our Gypsum/Wall Panel manufacturing facility. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**:

**1. Production Management**:

- Assist the Factory Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.

- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to production teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.

- Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

3. **Quality Control**:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues.

**4. Safety Compliance**:

- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and promoting safety awareness among staff.

- Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

**5. Inventory Management**:

- Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize shortages.

**6. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, downtime, and quality metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Gypsum/Wall Panel industry.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role may involve occasional extended hours or shifts based on operational needs.
