**Skills and Requirements**:
- Proven experience as French Pastry Chef particularly in French Pastries and Viennoiseries
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role.
- Great attention to detail and creativity.
- Organizing and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle other areas other than pastry.
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques, and nutrition.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field.
- Available to join immediately and willing to relocate
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a wide variety of French Pastries and Viennoiseries recipes
- Create new and exciting recipes to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
- Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel.
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards is crucial to ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
- Delivers exceptional culinary experiences, we aim to enhance customer satisfaction and foster the growth of our clientele.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff and trains new employees.
- Schedules staff shifts.
- Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen's performance.

**Experience**:
- French Pastry Chef: 5 years (preferred)
