Food & Beverage Supervisor - Waldorf Astoria Doha LusailWaldorf Astoria Doha Lusail location Doha, Qatar category Hotel Full-time HOT0B5YF Posted: Nov 24th 2024A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operationsCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the teamAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibilityComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsTo successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:Previous Food and Beverage experienceCommitted to delivering high levels of customer servicePositive attitudeGood communication skillsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on your own or in teamsIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:Previous experience in hotel industryPrevious experience in supervising and/or delegationWillingness to develop team members and selfWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
