- Content Creation :
- Plan, produce, and edit thought leadership content such as podcasts, webinars, and interviews.
- Create engaging video content for marketing campaigns, business presentations, and employee engagement activities.
- Digital Marketing Strategy :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it resonates with target audiences across various platforms.
- Social Media Management :
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to amplify the reach of thought leadership and video content.
- Monitor trends and engagement metrics to improve performance.
- Employee Engagement Support :
- Partner with HR and internal teams to design creative and motivational video content for employee initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

- Experience : 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management. (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.)
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with video editing software and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
