Associate Director/Director - Delay Analysis

The Opportunity: We are seeking individuals with proven experience working on delay analysis in the construction industry. Ideally, you will have experience writing expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation.We are growing our team across Australia and are seeking senior delay professionals across various levels to join ourPerth office. We can offer a variety of career advancement and mentoring opportunities. We will help to support and develop you to achieve your long-term career goals and we can support individuals who are interested to become an Expert Witness. Skills and Experience: Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
• Extensive experience working as a delay expert and/or a lead assistant in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience being appointed as an Expert Witness and ideally cross examined.
• Strong skills using relevant software tools, which could include but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proven experience training and mentoring other members of the team.
• The ability to create opportunities or win work for the business, ideally in the Asia Pacific region.
• Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
