Conrad Bahrain Building 1378, Road 4625, Manama Sea front 346 Manama Supports the operational and administrative functions of the Food & Drinks Department. What will I be doing? As an F&D Coordinator, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintain accurate records of departmental expenses, sales, and inventories.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required by management.
• Coordinate and track food and drinks orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with event planners to ensure food and beverage arrangements align with client requirements.
• Assist in menu planning and customization for special events.
• Liaise with kitchen and service team members to ensure seamless service during events.
• Support the recruitment, training, and scheduling of food and drinks team members.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
