Description

Distribute and arrange merchandise by making the most of available space while complying with the company guidelines and display mapping (customer profile, color harmony, etc.) in order to attract a maximum number of customers and promote sales. Ensure the right visual environment is created and maintained at all times. Maintain the brand's standard across the shops by ensuring a favorable retail store image in the assigned area. Supervise an accurate implementation of in-store marketing and graphics. Oversee sales by analyzing reports and supporting the management team with all procedures related to the product, i.e., transfers, inventory management, etc., to ensure efficiency and effective commercial management. Assist in recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating team members to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

Qualifications
