ADP is hiring Sales Manager for Enterprise Accounts Purpose/ Overview of the Role Work as an individual contributor in the sales function for the assigned region, in line with business goals and reporting into the Segment leader. As Sales Manager – Enterprise Accounts, you’ll target bringing in new business from Enterprise market segment. What you’ll do:
- Identify prospective clients and meet or exceed assigned quota.
- Lead generation through social selling, networking with industry bodies, event participation, running multi touch point marketing campaigns, & site visits to prospect as needed.
- Prepare sales forecast and determine sales activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota.
- Should be able to connect and interact with CXO, HR Head / Finance etc., and create connect thereby increase the enterprise sales for the organization.
- Understand local market extensively and adjust sales strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Nurturing the lead through product demonstration, positioning, in person visit to the prospect as needed.
- Prepare reports/trackers as required by the various activities involved in achieving the sales quota.
- Adhere to the sales plan to achieve said quota and participate in periodical reviews with reporting supervisor.
- Requires a minimum of 8+ years in sales selling service outsourcing/HCM solutions/related software solutions to senior level executives
- Demonstrated consistent over plan performance and good tenure.
- Solution selling experience to SME clients.
- Knowledge of HR tech products & industry in general
- Experience in Selling SaaS products
- Soft skills (communication, presentation, listening, negotiation and relationship management)
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to connect and have engaging conversations with CEOs/CXOs etc.
- Ability to articulate well and convert passive clients into business deals.
