Aesthetician/Beauty Therapist (Aesthetic and Wellness Industry)

• Assisting doctors in performing procedures and to communicate effectively with patients.
• Manage patient's clinic appointment, according to doctor's schedule and convenience of patient
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations
• Conduct facial on customers (optional)
• Follow up with customers, encourage customers for frequent treatments to ensure better result
• Provide professional recommendation on treatment packages and products to customer
• Update and maintain treatment records
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objective
