Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Land Surveyor - Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our surveying department, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting precise site measurements, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to support various construction and infrastructure projects in the region.
2. Perform on-site surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports.
4. Utilize AutoCAD and other surveying software to process data and create detailed drawings.
5. Establish property boundaries, easements, and right-of-ways.
6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure survey data meets project requirements.
7. Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings.
8. Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
3. Proficiency in using surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
4. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other surveying software.
5. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Physical stamina to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.
7. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. Understanding of local land laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
9. Familiarity with construction and engineering principles.
10. Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks effectively.
11. Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
