System Design & Integration
Develop and integrate communication systems, including both software and hardware from the Secure Communications products, ensuring seamless operation and high performance.Technical Support
Provide technical support to the productization team, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to communication systems.Testing & Validation
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of communication hardware and software to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.Documentation
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and operational procedures. Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and integration. Capable of understanding customer requirements and how those are assigned for technical requirements and deliverables. Identify and resolve architectural and technical issues that arise during the development and integration process. Provide support and guidance to development teams in troubleshooting complex problems.Knowledge and Experience
- In-depth understanding of secure communications technology principles and best practices. This includes:
- Wireless Network Technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, Cellular, Mesh, Long-range, Network Stacks)
- Products (radios including Software Defined Radios, communication devices)
- Security Technologies (Trust Computing)
- Strong expertise in both compiled (e.g. Rust, C) and scripted (e.g. Python, Bash) programming languages.
- Strong expertise in hardware development and integration.
- Experience in Linux embedded/headless/remote system development and RTOS platform.
- Familiar with CI/CD environments such as Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Proven track record in product development and integration or engineer-level roles within the secure communications products industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical information to various audiences.
- Proficiency in using advanced product development tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with multinational teams and managing cross-functional projects.
