AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games in the international market. Our flagship project is the mobile first-person shooter Standoff 2, which is played by 30 million unique players worldwide every month. Our success is owed in part to our community, and we are currently expanding our team and seeking a producer for our community creatives.Understanding and tracking all the latest memes, both in the CIS and worldwide;Analyzing the mood in the game community - identifying player concerns and transforming them into video themes;Writing scripts for videos in Shorts/TikToks/Clips/Reels formats and full-scale videos with live actors;Describing the visual and sound elements of videos, gathering all necessary materials (sounds, inserts, background music, etc.);Organizing and directing shoots, being present on set. Collaborating with the cameraperson to determine necessary shots, monitoring actor delivery of lines, and making adjustments as needed;Assigning tasks to motion and sound design departments, as well as creating tasks for static video elements for the graphic design department as necessary. Reviewing completed work and making revisions as needed;Coordinating script translations with native speakers, maintaining a unified table of video translations;Participating in the video localization process for other languages;Maintaining reports and analyzing video results using YT Analytics/VidiQ.
