We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.Job DescriptionOverall responsibilities:Work on project execution, coordination, planning and supervise team of designer, automation programmers, I&C site engineers, supervisors, foremen, technicians, and other crews and assign the project tasks.Designing and implementation process instrumentation and control systems from initial conception through field installation.Coordinate with clients / customers for site related matters and resolve the project ongoing issues.Support during manufacturing and development process to bring the design to completion.Contribute to project estimation & sales effort, assist in submission of new technical proposals.Day to day responsibilities:Plan, manager, supervise and execute project related tasks as assigned by Team Leader / HOD and oversee projects ongoing execution activities; andReview and read instrumentation drawings, logic diagrams and tables, PLC and DCS configuration. Work with designers / draftsman on detail design, get detail design approval from client / customers; andReview design and implementation process instrumentation and control systems from initial conception through field installation and apply standards and codes to design and specifications.Provide final checking and approval of all design deliverables associated with instrumentation.Coordinate with client / customers and internal teams and resolve ongoing project issues and provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting.Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work according to customer order and expectation, ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectationsPerforming complex field service tasks, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform, coordinating and resolving high level technical issues/questions and providing advice and recommendations both internally and to customers within own area of expertise; andSupervise and manage subcontractors (both design and field construction) and coordinate / interface to complete project work; andLiaise with other departments withing the organization to ensure effective and progressive project management; and liaise with OEM's, distributors, and clients.Work closely with manufacturing team during development process to bring the design to completion, this effort requires multi-interfaces with different stakeholders and get the various drawings, datasheets and documents approved; andUtilizing standard processes, tools and techniques, ensuring that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements, supporting the Team Leaders / HOD in overall project risk and opportunity assessments and implementation of resulting actions; andIdentifying opportunities for repeating and new businesses, reviewing all project documents for conformity, safety and quality assurance, supporting Team Leaders / HOD in issuing claims (new scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantifications, etc.); andContribute to project estimation and sales effort, assist in submission of new technical proposals.Train junior Engineers and provide mentoring and coaching and assign / delegated tasks.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics) with sufficient experience (10+ Years) in the industrial automation industry. Affinity and familiar with Engineering, Procurement and Contracting aspects in the business, both onshore and offshore, power & utility sector.Additional InformationExperience Requirements:Experience level: 10+years / 05 years or more experience UAE or Middle EastExperience with Onshore and/or Offshore Oil and Gas customers like with ADNOC and/or Power & Water sector experience.Proven experience in industrial automation engineering and system integrationExcellent knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) code.Has a working knowledge of industry standards and regulationsMinimum 03 years as I&C / Site Engineer in similar business or industryHSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teamsSkills & Professional Requirements:Knowledge of configuration and programming automation and controls systems involving DCS, HMI or SCADA systems.Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocolsMaintain expert level of product knowledge and application.Attributes & BehavioursCustomer interpersonal skills, communication skills and should have a problem-solving approach.Ability to work independently and in a team.
