Job details

Under nominal supervision, sets up and operates CNC machinery to fabricate products based on the drawings.

Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.

Communicates with supervisor regarding any operational issues.

Performs and completes specific machining tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Follows safety rules and regulations.

Reports any incidents or near misses to supervisor.

The operator shall be able to read and understand the product characteristics given in the route card.

Required Skills

Understands, interprets, and edits FANUC G-code and Mazatrol controller.

Translates engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions.

Proficiency in using measuring instruments like micrometers, Vernier calipers, bore dials, bore gauges, slip gauges, etc.

Additional Required Skills

Machine Control, CNC Operation, CNC Machine Knowledge
