Marketing and Sales ManagerPinnacle Management Consultants, Saudi ArabiaRole: Launch AC business: import, distribute and retail air conditioners in KSAMain ResponsibilitiesPrepare a road map for launching the AC businessDesign appropriate marketing and sales plansSelect with Corporate HR support a team of sales, marketing and support staff to implement the plansAppoint stockists and retailers as appropriateEstablish retail sales outlets where feasibleEducationPost graduate qualifications in Marketing ManagementExperienceAt least 10 years, out of which at least two years in brand / product management, three years in sales and five years in marketing and selling white goods, preferably marketing and selling ACs in KSA / Middle EastAgeWithin 45 yearsJob SpecificationCompetenciesFluency in English; ability to speak and read Arabic desirableKnowledge of market structures and trade practices in the Middle EastVision for setting up a new businessBrand management expertiseGood distribution skillsCommercial orientationAbility to lead a new team to be assembled from different sourcesStrong personalityAnalytical abilityCommunication skillsInfluencing skillsInterpersonal effectiveness
