Title: Human Capital Business PartnerKey Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partnership:Spearhead the alignment of our Human Capital (HC) Strategy with overarching business objectives, driving transformative organizational growth.Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on a spectrum of people-centric matters, from employee relations to talent development, fostering a culture of empowerment and growth.Act as a pivotal member of both the client and HR teams, shaping tactical decisions that steer the company towards success.Lead cross-functional initiatives, lending strategic insight to design and implement impactful solutions that drive progress.Define and refine policies and processes that champion our Q-Chem people strategy, ensuring their seamless integration across the organization.Talent Management Excellence:Foster consistency in talent acquisition, management, and development practices, fortifying our ability to meet evolving organizational needs.Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure alignment of tools and policies, nurturing employee engagement and amplifying performance outcomes.Expert HR Consultation:Provide expert counsel on a breadth of HR issues, translating specialized knowledge into high-impact solutions tailored to business imperatives.Remain abreast of external trends and best practices, infusing fresh insights to continuously enhance our HR landscape.Resolving Grievances & Promoting Wellbeing:Proactively address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a harmonious work environment conducive to productivity and growth.Champion employee wellbeing initiatives, driving engagement activities and shaping a culture of holistic wellness.Policy Enhancement & Compliance:Identify opportunities for refining departmental systems and practices, drawing inspiration from global benchmarks to bolster operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards, safeguarding employee welfare and product/service excellence.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline (required), with a preference for a Master's degree.5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in the petrochemical industry preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP HR module, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes and influence senior leaders, underpinned by a strong service orientation.Proven track record in project planning, employment law compliance, and innovative problem-solving.Global mindset and fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
