GreenYellow was created in 2007 to meet the challenges related to the management of decentralized energy. It has around 1,000 employees globally (France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Brazil, Colombia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indian Ocean).

Our unique expertise covers all the components of an energy bill: the production of decentralized energy, particularly photovoltaics; the long-term reduction and guaranteed consumption (Energy Efficiency), cost reduction, purchase and billing follow-up via energy services.

TASKS

Implementation of GY's contractual policy on commercial agreements with suppliers and customers (purchase agreements, EPC, PPAs, Energy efficiency contract - drafting, review and monitoring of contracts).

Support and advice to the various operational staff in the Iberian region (sales, technical, finance, etc.).

Contribution on the drafting of contract templates.

Assistance in management of pre-litigation and litigation.

Drafting of internal notes, summary tables for internal presentations and development of training and internal organization tools.

Participation in legal monitoring in business law and, where applicable, energy law for Iberia region.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Postgraduate degree in business law.

3 years' experience in a company or law firm in commercial law.

Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.

Analysis skills and ability to summarize.

Team spirit and autonomy.

Responsiveness and strong organizational skills.

Open-mindedness and adaptability.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; English is essential. Ability to speak French would be appreciated.
