R.Power is one of the fastest-growing companies on the European market of large-scale solar energy. Today, we are present throughout Poland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, the Netherlands, and Germany. Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position:Legal CounselResponsibilitiesLegal support in the handling of investment and construction processes (EPC), particularly drafting and negotiating the content of contracts entered into by companies within the group (including construction, supply, and security agreements).Legal support in the ongoing operations of companies within the capital group (with a particular focus on procedures related to the development of renewable energy projects).Drafting of legal documents (during judicial and administrative proceedings).Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to the development of renewable energy projects.Support in corporate services for R.Power Group companies in Poland and abroad.RequirementsAttorney-at-law or legal counsel qualifications.Experience in handling investment processes on the side of the Contractor or Investor in the renewable energy sector (RES).Proficiency in English at a C1 level, both spoken and written.Good knowledge of MS Office programs - primarily Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as legal software - Lex, Legalis.Ability to work under time pressure.Attention to detail and reliability.Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues.Initiative and commitment to assigned tasks.Organizational skills and good work organization.We offerEmployment based on your preferred form of cooperation (B2B or employment contract).Option for hybrid work.Training programs - we have R.Power University, where we offer interesting training packages to enhance professional qualifications.Extra-curricular activities including volleyball and football teams, and various team-building events.Working for a leading company in the solar energy industry, contributing to environmental protection.A modern office near Politechnika metro station, with a well-stocked kitchen, especially on fruit days.A workplace that values atmosphere, development, and good relationships.
