Head of Internal Audit

Duties and Responsibilities:Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.Ensure submission of annual plans to the audit committee.Ensure adequate implementation of approved plans with the coordination of the outsourced partner (Audit firm) as appointed by the Board.Document processes and prepare audit findings memorandum.Review the audit report prepared on reporting segments/departments on a quarterly basis.Present reports to the Board Audit Committee as issued by the Outsource Partner after obtaining a response on observations from the process owner.Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's action plans & timelines to ensure compliance.Perform all corporate secretarial responsibilities including preparation of Agendas and Minutes of the Board Meetings and Annual General Meeting, maintenance of various registers as required under the laws prevailing in Pakistan.Address shareholders' concerns and coordinate with management and the share registrar for resolving the same.E-Filing of forms and returns with SECP.Develop policies and procedures to ensure continued regulatory compliance at all levels and accordingly respond to all regulatory inquiries.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications preferred.Experience:Proven experience in a senior-level role in internal audit and/or company secretarial functions, preferably within a complex corporate environment.Knowledge:Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.Board Engagement:Experience working directly with a Board of Directors and a comprehensive understanding of board governance processes and procedures.For more details, contact us atcareers@bule-ex.com .#J-18808-Ljbffr
